Who we are
Hubei ERQI New Materials Co., Ltd. specializes in cold-drawn shaped wire and profile wire. With advanced four-roll mills and bright annealing, we deliver tight-tolerance wire in stainless steel, aluminum and copper alloys.

Our story
ERQI was built around one production problem: most wire mills draw round wire well, and almost none draw non-round wire consistently. Shaped and profile sections need different tooling, different pass schedules and a much stricter grip on tolerance — and that is the whole of what we do.
Today our lines run stainless steel, aluminium and copper alloys, from 0.2 mm flat sections up to 10 mm solid profiles. Orders range from a few hundred kilograms of sampling to full container loads, and every shipment is inspected against the drawing before it leaves the plant.
How we work with overseas buyers
- Drawing review first. We confirm the section is drawable and flag any dimension that will be hard to hold, before talking price.
- Sample before mass production. A short sample run lets you check fit and surface before committing to a full order.
- Documented material. Grade and mechanical properties follow the agreed standard, batch by batch.
- Export packing. Spools, coils or straight lengths, packed for sea freight and long storage.
