Wedge wire is just triangular wire taken one step further: the V (or wedge) profile is wrapped and welded onto support bars to build a screen surface. The point of the V is the slot shape — wide at the back, narrow at the face — so liquid and solids pass cleanly and the screen stays open longer between cleanings.
We supply the wedge wire on its own, in the profiles screen builders actually wrap: 2.5×4, 3×5 and similar, with the included angle and leg length matched to your drawing. Consistent section is the whole game here; a wire that drifts by a few hundredths changes the slot and the throughput.
